BQ Preparation

With many contracts still being procured without the use of a client prepared Bills of Quantities, the ability for Contractors to obtain accurate quantities on which to base their tenders remains essential. Enkom have now succesfully prepared several BQs with differeing emphasis, dependent on the specific requirements. In some instances we have provided full BQs based on either Method of Measurement for Highways Works, while in others we have provided principle quanitites focusing on producing trade packages for pricing by specialist sub-contractors.
